Traffic agencies around the world will be interested in this idea. It is about reducing the number of car accidents on the roads, changing slightly the current speed limit legislation.
Speed limits are imposed by the relevant authority in order to reduce car accidents. But these speed limits are static, everyday in the same road the limits are the same, and that is the problem. Should I drive with the same speed at a rainy midnight than in a sunny morning? Speed limits should change depending on the environmental conditions. According to this, it would be necessary some kind of screens instead of the actual road signs. These screens would show the speed limits depending of the environmental conditions and controlled from a central station. From my point of view, this will reduce the number of car accidents.
